Shipping is free both locally and internationally !
In-stock items are shipped 2-3 working days after receiving payment. If your item is out of stock, you will be notified by email to decide whether to wait or be refunded.
Orders over $120 are sent REGISTERED, therefore they will need to be SIGNED FOR upon arrival, if you do not want this service, please click 'add a note for the seller' to let us know!
ALL orders are posted through HONG KONG post, local packages should arrive in 1-2 working days and international orders may take 5-15 working days on average depending on where you are located.
Customs fees & import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and custom slips are always marked as ‘OTHER’

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us for a return address and post back your item(s) within 14 days.
Refunds will be made via the same method of payment, minus the cost of P+P fees.
The cost of posting the item back to us is the buyers responsibility, please post back in appropriate packaging so that it is adequately protected with a SIGNED FOR service so that it is trackable
Items on sale or made to order are non-refundable
Please note that products must be returned as it was received, i.e. in a re-salable condition to qualify for a refund
